Scared prisoner sent homeWednesday 08 April 2009 A 20-year-old man who was remanded in custody on suspicion of manslaughter has been sent home from jail because he is 'shaking with stress', the Telegraaf reports on Wednesday. The man and his older brother are accused of kicking and beating up a drunken man during the New Year celebrations. But a court has decided he can wait for his trial at home because he is terrified of being forced to mix with 'heavy criminals'. 'I am sitting there with people who have committed very serious crimes. I don't think I belong there,' the man is quoted as saying. © DutchNews.nl
