KPN fined for special offers

Telecoms group KPN is being fined €1.5m by industry watchdog Opta for offering selective reductions to business customers, reports NOS on Friday.

The reductions were only offered to business clients buying services from competitors or thinking of doing so. Opta called it a 'very serious' offence, says NOS.

In 2007m the telecoms group was fined twice for similar offences.
