Warnings after boy dies in sand tunnel

Zeeland province is to launch a campaign warning children of the risks of digging deep holes in the dune sand after a 12-year-old boy was killed when a tunnel collapsed on him.

The boy, a German tourist on holiday, was three metres under the dune when it fell in.
Last week a 17-year-old was killed just over the border in Belgium and in May another German boy died in a similar accident.
