Iranians refused admission to Twente UniversityWednesday 02 January 2008 Twente University has confirmed that it turned away three Iranians who wanted to study at the university, following reports in Trouw. The university rejected the three Iranians in December following stricter admittance procedures put in place by the foreign affairs and education ministries to prevent Iran expanding its nuclear knowledge base, a spokesman told ANP news service. © DutchNews.nl
This is not fair. Only Iranian nationals suffer from this terrible decision. This is another type of dicrimination by the first world countries against the countries which want to progress. By this stupid reason, every university in EU can stop Iranian application in all courses. I hope Europe does a better job. By Sepehr | January 3, 2008 9:48 PM The sad fact is... Fear always trumps Freedom. Fear is used to justify every Totlitarian Police State.
