Police action could threaten football
Thursday 13 December 2007
Two top football matches - Rotterdam's Feyenoord against AZ Alkmaar and Amsterdam's Ajax against PSV Eindhoven - could be postponed this weekend because of threatened industrial action by police officers.
Two police unions want to hold protest meetings to coincide with the scheduled games. However, the biggest union, NPB is not involved.
The football association is in talks with the home clubs.
