'Lehman eyes Van der Moolen in US'

Lehman Brothers is poised to take over the US specialist activities of Dutch stockbroker Van der Moolen, reports US tv station CNBC on Wednesday, without naming sources.

Van der Moolen, which said earlier this month it is stopping its activities in New York, declined to comment on the reports.
