'Air France-KLM to bid for Iberia'

Air France-KLM is preparing to bid for Spanish airline Iberia, newspaper Expansion says on Wednesday.

The paper, which does not quote sources, says the French-Dutch group has joined up with investment firm Torreal and communications company Planeta. British Airways and investment house Texas Pacific have already offered €3.60 a share for Iberia.
