Train services throughout Noord-Brabant were being severely affected on Tuesday morning because of technical problems. There are no services at all between Breda and Den Bosch or Breda and Eindhoven and buses have been brought in to transport stranded passengers.


A spokesman for ProRail said it would take most of the morning to fix the fault and restore services.
A strike by Belgian rail workers has also stopped travel between Roosendaal and Antwerp.
