Dutch snap up .eu domains
Tuesday 17 April 2007
A relatively large percentage of the new .eu extensions to internet domain names have been taken by the Dutch according to the European Commission.
Today’s Financieele Dagblad says 12% of the 2.5 million new names applied for since the .eu extension was introduced in April last year are from the Dutch. Only the Germans (31%) and British (17%) have a bigger share.
