The sale of Apax’s 47.5% stake in publishing group PCM to the Democracy and Media foundation has been completed, a spokesman for the foundation said on Monday. Apax has received €100.7m for its interest, the spokesman said.


The foundation now owns 88.3% of PCM, which publishes newspapers and books.
