Cost of student accommodation rises again, but there is more space
The average cost of student accommodation rose in 2012 to €415 a month, just over 10% higher than in 2011.
But the size of the rooms available also increased, according to kamernet.nl, which deals with 70% of all student accommodation. The average floor space rose 14% to 22.5 square metres.
The number of rooms on offer also rose, by nearly 25%, says kamernet.nl.
