Judoka Henk Grol took the Grand Prix in the up to 100 kg at the Rotterdam Grand Prix in Rotterdam on Sunday afternoon, seeing off Jevgenijs Borodavko from Latvia.

Grol, European champion in 2008 and bronze medal winner at the Beijing Olympics, was often missing from major competition for the past two years with injuries.
Guillaume Elmont of the Netherlands took the top prize in the up to 81 kg class while Elisabeth Willeboordse won the Grand Prix in the women’s under 63 kg event.
