Staffing company Randstad said on Thursday companies are continuing to hire more staff, notably in the United States, Germany and France.
The world's number two temps agency said second quarter underlying earnings were up 79% on the year-earlier period. Revenue was up 16% at nearly €3.5bn, the agency said in a statement.
'We are seeing growth everywhere. Even in Greece we are seeing the usual pattern. We are not seeing signs of a second dip,' Randstad CFO Robert-Jan van de Kraats told Reuters news agency.
