A 26-year-old policeman who has admitted killing 12-year-old Milly Boele on the evening she went missing from her home in Dordrecht in March is to be charged with her murder and sexual abuse, the public prosecution department said on Friday.

The girl’s body was found buried in the garden of the officer’s home, opposite to where Milly and her parents lived, a week after she disappeared.
Sander V had first faced charges of manslaughter.
