Skating hooligans fined, banned from stadium

The Dutch skating association KNSB has fined 12 people €2,000 each and banned them from the Thialf rink in Heerenveen for five years for invading the ice during Tuesday's Olympics qualifier.
The 12 went on to the ice after the second heat in the women's 500 meters speed skating race and tried to reach the central area. The KNSB says it is looking into tightening up security following the incident.
