New report highlights 'nuggers'
Friday 19 June 2009
The Netherlands has 1.3 million adults who are not entitled to any form of social security benefits, known as nuggers, Trouw reports on Friday.
Nuggers is derived from niet-uitkeringsgerechtigden - or 'those without rights to benefits'.
The number of people without benefit rights has risen 7% over the past three years, the paper says, and now accounts for 12% of the working population.
While the majority of people involved are women, there is a growing category of young, ethnic minority men. Some 13% of ethnic minority men aged 15 to 45 have no benefits, no job and are not in education, the paper says.

So if one is not entitled to anything and has no benefits,no job,and no savings, what is one to do ?
Just asking because by next week that will be my status and I have no clue what I'm gonna do .
