Rotterdam school drug tests in doubt

Plans by the Rotterdam council executive in charge of youth and education to introduce drugs testing in the city’s schools may not now go ahead.


A majority of councillors, including those from his own party, the CDA, want Leonard Geluk to first convince them such a move is necessary, the NRC reports.
