More evidence that house prices are down

House prices fell 0.6% in September compared with August, the national statistics office CBS said on Tuesday.

Year-on-year, house prices have risen 2.5%, the smallest increase since August 2003, the CBS says.

The estate agents’ association NVM said earlier this month that house prices had fallen 0.3% in the third quarter.
