MPs oppose Amsterdam expat quota

MPs have attacked Amsterdam city council's plans to impose a quota on the number of short-stay apartments in the capital, saying it does not recognise the important contribution expats make to the city.
Amsterdam wants a limit of 1,350 short-stay flats, saying wealthy expats are forcing locals out of the housing market.
