Supermarket group Super de Boer, which used to be known as Laurus, booked net profit of €10m in 2007, compared with a loss of €45m in 2006.
Operating profit reached €21m. Total sales, which were announced earlier, were €2.1bn. It is the first time in years that the company has made a profit and the results were above analysts' expectations.
