Lithuanian bank takes 30% stake in Spyker

Lithuanian bank Snoras is to take a 29.8% stake in troubled luxury car maker Spyker and Vladimir Antonov, CEO of Snoras, is to chair the the Dutch company's supervisory board.
The deal consists of an immediate €6.3m loan for the Dutch firm and a further capital injection of €20m in one month, half of which is a convertible loan.
Victor Muller, who resigned as Spyker's CEO in May, will take over the helm again, Spyker said.
