Banana windfall on Wadden Sea beaches

Thousands of unripe bananas have been washed up on the beaches of the Wadden Sea islands of Terschelling and Ameland.
The bananas come from a container which broke loose from the ship Duncan Island on Tuesday. In a similar incident last year, the Wadden Sea beaches were covered with shoes.
