Dutch chef 'best' in EuropeMonday 01 October 2007 Chef Toine Smulders of restaurant Villa Copera in Tolkamer in Gelderland has been named Europe's best chef, ANP news service reports on Monday. Smulders received the title in Budapest during a competition run by the international umbrella organisation for chefs.
