Hariri tribunal possibly in the Netherlands
Tuesday 29 May 2007
The Netherlands is a possible location for the international tribunal that may be set up to try the suspected murderers of former prime minister Rafic Hariri of Lebanon, a Cypriot newspaper reports on Tuesday.
Cyprus is also in the running, the paper says. The UN Security Council votes this week on the resolution to set up the tribunal.
Hariri and 22 others were killed two years ago by a bomb. Some people allege that Syria was behind the attack.
