Amsterdam appeal court will rule today in the court case between top lawyer Bram Moszkowicz and former Quote editor Jort Kelder over Kelder’s persistence in calling Moszkowicz a ‘mafia mate’.

Kelder has accused Moszkowicz of having too close ties to his former client, crime boss suspect Willem Holleeder, and being paid in crime-related cash.
Moszkowicz took Kelder to court over the accusations, but lost the first round. He says Kelder went too far in his ‘personal attack’ which eventually led to Moszkowicz being forced to abandon his defence of Holleeder at his blackmail trial.
