NL lowest youth unemployment rate in EUWednesday 31 January 2007 The Netherlands has the lowest youth unemployment rate in Europe, at just 6.6%, according to European statistics office Eurostat. The average jobless rate among the 27 member states is 16.3%, with Poland highest at 25.9%.
