Four Dutch nationals in ebola scare

Ebola virus alert against wooden surface with planksFour Dutch nationals are in quarantine in Sierra Leone in an ebola scare, according to VPRO radio programme Bureau Buitenland.

Two Dutch doctors, one of whom is with his wife and child, have been told to stay in their home for two weeks.

In total,123 patients and staff have been ordered into quarantine in the town of Tonkolili, following the death of a 27-year-old victim.

The programme said there have been no cases of ebola in the region for several months.
