Seven men involved in Rome football riots come forward after tv show

Regional broadcaster RTV Rijnmond showed pictures of 12 suspects in Thursday night’s show. The pictures came from video footage of the riots.

The riots led to considerable damage in the Italian capital, in particular to the famous Barcaccia fountain which had only just been renovated..

The seven suspects range in age from 17 to 30 and bring the total number of men identified to 15. Police are preparing to publish another batch of photographs.
