NS executive to chair financial services regulator AFM
Merel van Vroonhoven, currently a member of the executive board at Dutch railway company NS, is to take over as chairman of the Dutch financial services regulator AFM.
Van Vroonhoven will replace Ronald Gerritse, who died in September last year. She has been on the NS board since 2009. Prior to that she had a long career at ING.
