500,000 presents arrived too late
Some 500,000 Christmas and Sinterklaas presents bought online did not arrive in time for the festivities, according to new figures from consultancy Q&A Research.
In total, 9% of Christmas presents arrived too late, compared with 7% in 2012. But the delivery of Sinterklaas presents did improve, with just 4% not arriving on time, RTL news reported.
