Four young Dutchmen have been arrested in north Kenya on the border with Somalia on suspicion of helping the Islamic rebel organisation al-Shabaab, reports ANP news service on Wednesday.


Three of the 21-year-olds are Dutch Moroccans and one has a Somali background. They were picked up by police in a hire truck on Monday. The men claim they are tourists.
