Polderbaan runway open after crash

Schiphol airport’s Polderbaan runway was reopened on Sunday night after being closed to air traffic since last Wednesday’s fatal crash, in which nine people died.

The wreckage of the Turkish Airlines Boeing 737 will not be removed until later this week, NOS tv reports.
The Associated Press reports that investigators are looking at the theory that ‘wake turbulence’ may have been responsible for the crash.
