LogicaCMG chairman to retire

LogicaCMG chairman Cor Stutterheim is to retire in November, to be replaced by deputy chairman David Tyler, the computer services group announced on Wednesday.

The company is still looking for a replacement for CEO Martin Reed, who announced his departure in May.
The Anglo-Dutch company, which has been under pressure for its poor performance in the UK, booked operating profit of 64,5m pounds in the first six months of this year, on turnover up 36% at 1.5bn pounds.
