Uni-Invest cancels IPO
Property fund Uni-Invest has cancelled its Amsterdam IPO, citing uncertain market conditions.
The fund was listed in Amsterdam until 2002 when it was bought by Lehman Brothers and the Merwede group. Uni-Invest had planned to use the proceeds to pay off debts and expand its portfolio.
