Google legal action against Googlestore.nl
Google plans to take legal action against Dutchman Marcel van der Werf who uses the word ‘Google’ in the domain names he has registered, reports Webworld Nederland.
The website says Van der Werf has registered a number of domains such as Googledatingsite.nl, Googleonlineshop.com, Googlecommunity.nl and Googlestore.nl. Google says Van der Werf is infringing on its trademark.
