KLM says hand baggage chaos unavoidable
Dutch flag carrier KLM says chaos will be unavoidable when new EU rules on hand baggage come into effect in two weeks time, reports the AD.
Under the new guidelines, trolley bags, which are very popular with business travellers, will have to be carried in the hold if they are bigger than 56x45x25 cm.
