Dutch travel company Corendon is to work together with Irish budget airline Ryanair to reach holiday destinations from Eindhoven airport.

The travel firm is to offer holidays from Eindhoven using Ryanair flights. According to Corendon chief executive Steven van der Heijden it is the first time Ryanair has made such a deal with a travel firm.

Earlier Corendon competitor TUI Nederland made a similar deal to work together with Easyjet at Amsterdam’s Schiphol airport.

Corendon does not currently use Eindhoven airport and Ryanair serves 10 destinations from the southern Dutch city.
