Official property values rise for the first time since 2010

Housing in Zandam, RochdaleThe average official value of Dutch property has risen for the first time since 2010, the national statistics office CBS said.

In January, the average value (WOZ) had risen 1.5% to €209,000 compared with the previous year. In 2010, the average value was €242,000.
