Provincial elections: follow the results as they come in
The Wadden Sea island of Schiermonnikoog, with a voting population of less than 1,000, was the first to deliver its provincial election results.
By 23.00 hours, only a handful of results had been declared, mainly in rural areas. Follow the results as they come in via an interactive map (Dutch only) by clicking on the coloured territority.
