women's footballThe Dutch women’s football team will take part in their first ever World Cup after a 2-1 away win over Italy on Thursday night.

18-year-old striker Vivianne Miedema, who is signed to Bayern Munich, scored both Dutch goals. The Italian point was an own goal from Stephanie van der Gragt.
