PSV lead Eredivisie as Ajax again fail to beat PEC Zwolle
A 0-0 draw in the Arena stadium made it three matches in a row that Ajax has failed to beat PEC Zwolle.
Ajax lost their two previous encounters, including the KNVB Cup final.
Sunday’s draw means PSV moves into a two point lead in the Eredivisie. The Eindhoven team beat Excelsior 3-0 at home.
Ajax, Zwolle and PSV had all gone into the weekend with 15 points.
Feyenoord had a convincing 4-0 victory over FC Groningen who were down to 10 men with 30 minutes remaining on the clock.
AZ of Alkmaar drew 2-2 against FC Twente. It was the fifth draw out of eight matches so far this season for Twente.
