Dutch football clubs make more transfers this season
In total, 533 players at Dutch football clubs have moved in the summer transfer period, the football association said on Tuesday.
There was a last-minute rush on Monday, with 57 players switching club ahead of the deadline.
Just over half the transfers only involve domestic clubs. One in five transfers involved a Dutch club bringing in a player from abroad, while in 147 cases Dutch players left for foreign climes.
The last registered deal before the 23.59 deadline was Jerson Cabral’s move from FC Twente to Willem II at 23:52.
