Chemical distributor IMCD to list in Amsterdam
Rotterdam chemical product distribution company IMCD is aiming for an IPO in the coming months, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
IMCD is currently largely in the hands of private equity company Bain Capital. Bain hopes to raise between €350m and €500m from the flotation, the Financieele Dagblad says.
IMCD has a workforce of 1,400 and is active in 30 countries.
