Two euro Beatrix coin sells for €1,200
One of the last coins struck with the image of former queen Beatrix was sold at auction for €1,200 on Tuesday, Nos television reports.
The €2 coin was one of a limited edition of 38 struck last December, the year in which Beatrix abdicated.
The coin is also missing the words ‘god be with us’ around its rim.
