Ajax is a step closer to fourth league title in a row
Amsterdam football club Ajax came a step closer to taking their fourth Eredivisie title in row after a 3-0 win over FC Twente on Sunday.
Ajax, on 62, is eight points clear of league number two Feyenoord with five matches to go this season.
PSV dropped into joint third place after losing 3-2 to FC Groningen. Vitesse of Arnhem is also on 53 points while Twente is one point back on 52.
Ajax could also make it a double this season. The Amsterdammers will meet PEC Zwolle in the final of the KNVB Cup next month.
