ABN Amro increases fees for business customers

ABN Amro is increasing bank charges for its 350,000 business customers by up to 62%, the Financieele Dagblad reports on Monday.

The bank says the increase in fees is necessary because of investments, such as to stave off cyber attacks. It says the average business customer will pay around 8% more for payments.

The paper says the new charges make ABN Amro ‘by far’ the most expensive bank when it comes to basic bank charges.
