Crane crash shuts Eindhoven station

There are no trains to and from Eindhoven station on Monday afternoon because a crane arm has fallen on the railway line.

The crane was being used in the construction of a new passenger tunnel at the station when the arm buckled and fell, damaging the overhead cables as it went.

Track operator ProRail says it cannot yet say how long it will take to repair the damage.
