Ajax thrashed by Barcelona in Champions League debut
Three goals from Lionel Messi helped Barcelona to a 4-0 win over Amsterdam’s Ajax in the first group match of this year’s Champions League competition.
Ajax is bottom of Group H, after Celtic lost 2-0 to AC Milan.
