Fyra train maker goes to appeal
The Italian maker of the Frya high-speed train is to take its battle for access to two technical reports to appeal.
AnsaldoBreda lost a court case to force publication of the reports in early July.
The Belgian and Dutch national railway companies pulled out of orders for the Fyra in early June, citing technical problems.
AnsaldoBreda claims the trains were not properly maintained and wants access to the technical reports on which the cancellation was based.
