Rotterdam restaurant Ivy, which has one Michelin star, has been ordered to change its name after being taken to court by the owners of London’s top eatery The Ivy.

Rotterdam Ivy owner and chef François Geurds has been given two months to make the change by a court in The Hague. The case was brought by British company Caprice Holdings. Caprice owns the European rights to the name.

The court rejected the Rotterdam restaurant’s claim that both operate in distinctly separate local markets and the Dutch restaurant is named after Geurd’s mother, RTL news reported.
